did 5 800s with a 4 minute break in between all of them. Warm up half a mile. First 800 was 3:05 second was 3:06 third was 3:16 fourth was 3:17 fifth was 3:10. Cool down 1 mile. Legs especially calves are sore, possibly due to weight training and cycling. Legs felt like logs at 3 set.
